Girls must be from the Kathorus community.

The girls must have a track record of good performance for the past 24 months. They must demonstrate a self drive and passion to want to breakthrough the barriers of social limitations.

Ages between 12 – 17. They must be in high school.

The girls must come from a disadvantaged background (lower socio-economic class) in their family setup. They may also have been victims of social and psychological trauma/violence.
